Inspection and replacement of accessible HVAC filters.

Smoke & CO Detector Service
Testing and battery replacement when needed.
GFCI Outlet Testing
Testing of accessible kitchen, bathroom, garage, and exterior GFCI outlets.
Bathroom Exhaust Vent Cleaning
Cleaning of accessible bathroom exhaust vents to remove dust and buildup.
Light Bulb Replacement
Replacement of customer-supplied bulbs in accessible fixtures.
*Service applies to accessible locations only. Specialty filters, non-stocked filter sizes, unusually high fixtures, attic/crawlspace access, repairs, and electrical/HVAC repair work are not included. Other filter sizes and specialty filters may be customer-supplied or arranged in advance.

3. We come back when needed
Monthly, quarterly, semiannually, or on the schedule that makes sense for your home.
Pricing
$49 Routine Home Service Visit
Includes up to:
6 Smoke/CO Detectors — test function and replace ordinary batteries when needed.
2 bathroom exhaust vents — accessible grille/cover cleaning and surface dust removal.
1 HVAC filter — accessible standard 1-inch filter in one of our stocked sizes.
4 light bulbs — customer-supplied bulbs, provided the bulb can be reached and changed by hand without disassembling the fixture.
Up to 6 GFCI outlets — test accessible kitchen, bathroom, garage, and exterior GFCI outlets using their TEST/RESET controls.
Additional Items During Your Visit
Additional-item pricing applies when completed during a scheduled service visit.
Enclosed or complex light fixture service — typically $15 per fixture. Service may be declined if the fixture requires extensive disassembly or presents a risk of damage.
Additional smoke/CO detector: +$5 each
Additional GFCI outlet: +$5 each
Additional standard light bulb: +$5 each
Additional stocked HVAC filter: +$10 each
Additional HVAC filter pricing is subject to stocked size and filter availability.
